  Do not rent from this management company that fails to respond timely to property issues, that rents units that are not fully turned or cleaned, and then finds any excuse they can to erroneously charge for items - do not expect ANY of your security deposit back.

  If I could give Pavillon 0 stars I would. Their staff is extremely inconsiderate and unhelpful, and at one point they were dodging my calls because they didn’t want to do their job.   Upon move out we left the apartment sparkling and should have gotten our deposit back. Instead, we RECEIVED A BILL for $250. They charged $440 for SPOT PAINTING, $82 for carpet cleaning (the floors are mostly cement with about 10' x 10' of carpet) and $225 for cleaning. ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
