Our dog can be skittish with humans but she considers the staff there part of her family and that brings us and so much peace when we leave her! We book her here when we travel and feel like she is getting a vacation too. Every time we take our dog, we love this place even more! To The Dog House staff - thank you (all of you) for the magic you create there for our beloved dog! You are truly the best!!!!!

Then I got the FidoRido. I really like that it uses the Seat Belt to attach to the car. Best feature: there are restraints on both sides to keep him in the middle of the booster. Works great. Looks great. Easy to install and take out.

4235 W IN-46, BloomingtonWe brought home our puppy at 8 weeks old and knew we wanted to prioritize both training and socialization, so we decided to try Mad 4 My Dog (M4MD). We had never been there before our first class, but it quickly became clear how beneficial the experience would be for both our dog and our family. We’ve participated in numerous classes and workshops, including Puppy Preschool, Basic Foundation Class, Intermediate Foundation Class, Loose Leash Walking Workshop, Jump Stop! Workshop, and the Socialization Blitz. We’ve also regularly attended puppy play dates and rowdy rover play dates, and have had a great experience using their daycare services on random occasions as well. Madalyn is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, helpful, and fun to work with. One thing we especially appreciated is that she focuses on training the entire family so everyone at home can help the dog be successful and consistent. We’ve worked with M4MD at both their old and new locations and highly recommend them to anyone looking for training, socialization, daycare, or enrichment opportunities for their dog. Definitely check them out!

The groom took about 4 hours which told me they took great care of him and took their time making sure he was comfortable. I didn't know my boy could get any cuter but Camryn made it happen. 3828 W 3rd St, BloomingtonMiss Myla (Husky) has been going to The Bone Yard since it opened. I rescued her from the animal shelter. She absolutely loves the staff in the groom shop and daycare. She can be a difficult groom at times (typical husky) but the staff always does
a great job. Myla loves seeing all her doggy friends in daycare and especially loves the birthday parties!! Both the groom shop and daycare are always clean - daily cleaning at the end of the day to keep all the doggies healthy. Watching the staff interact with the dogs and their owners- you can tell they truly care about their wellbeing. I wouldn’t think of taking Myla anywhere else. She loves the staff.

She is, without a doubt, the best veterinarian my cat Benjamin (Benji) and I have ever met. When Benjamin was struggling with a severe illness, persistent skin lesions, and ongoing allergies, we were terrified and desperate for answers. Then I met Dr. James, truly a magician in the world of veterinary care.
From the very first visit, Dr. James showed a level of patience, kindness, and compassion that is rare to find. She took the time to understand Benjamin’s symptoms, listen to all of my concerns, and explain a thoughtful treatment plan in a way that made me feel informed and reassured. It wasn’t just medical care; it was genuine empathy.
Benjamin’s skin infection lasted for over two months, which was incredibly stressful, but Dr. James supported me and Benji through every step of this long healing journey. Not once did she rush us, dismiss concerns, or make me feel like just another appointment on her schedule. She treated Benjamin as if he were her own cat, with so much love and gentleness that I was often genuinely moved.
What truly amazed me was how Benjamin responded to her. My cat is usually cautious around strangers, but he became so attached to Dr. James that he actually recognized her during visits and would immediately perk up and show happiness the moment she walked into the room. Seeing your pet trust someone that deeply is the greatest reassurance any pet parent can receive.
Thanks to Dr. James’s expertise, dedication, and warm-hearted nature, Benjamin finally recovered, and our visits turned from stressful necessities into comforting check-ins with someone we genuinely trust.
Dr. Rachel James is the sweetest, kindest, and most understanding vet I have ever interacted with. She listens, she cares, and she truly goes above and beyond for both pets and their people.

I feel like I am always able to ask questions and ask about options of care for all of my pets . He has always been patient and very caring. He saw us through our 3 dachshunds and their aging process with CHF, enlarged heart, severe anemia and back issues. Much TLC when we had to say good bye to our last good boy Baron last April. We will continue to see this practice with any new oets as well.

Everyone I encountered at the office was very friendly and knowledgeable. They even worked with me on ways to bring the price of his surgery down a bit since he’s such a big guy, which I really appreciated! I would definitely recommend bringing your pets to their clinic!

It's a simple small place and when we got there, we grabbed a table and a nice guy brought over some chips and salsa. We got menus and both of us choose the birra tacos and a bowl of the elote corn. The food came out in reasonable time and was really delicious. I come from an area with a high Latino population and eat at these types of restaurants often and this one is really good! I look forward to visiting Bloomington again so I can eat here again.
