1420 W County Rd 280 S Suite C, GreencastleUltimately, I'm happy that my dogs were safe and cared for while we were on vacation for a couple days. But I do feel there is some room for improvement, which is why I'm only leaving 4 stars.
Constructive criticism:
There seems to be some lack of organization between the different staff members and scheduling systems in place for boarding/grooming etc. I would think that some form of digital charting, scheduling system would help both staff and customers. For instance, I had to call, and wasn't able to get through. Then attempted scheduling through Facebook Messenger, but couldn't get a confirmation response closer to my drop off date. Then when I received a text message, it seemed that none of my original conversation had been accounted for. This all added additional stress to an already hectic time planning out our trip.
Also, when I dropped off, it wasn't clear whar services were offered for what prices. When I picked up, it wasn't clear if the services I asked for were performed. Maybe a form for requestes services and a receipt showing services performed could clarify this.
I would be happy to bring my pets back here, but these improvements would be nice given the cost for services here, is not far off from other locations that offer these things.

308 E Berry St, Greencastlewe were passing through Greencastle today and stopped by this BBQ truck based on reviews. you know you're in the right place when you pull in and the mouth starts watering from the perfect smoke smell. amazing Q..rib tips outrageous good...loaded Mac and Cheese topped with one of the best brisket I've had in a long time. he gave us a BBQ sauce flight to try ? very kind..ended up getting the Tenderloin Thursday special (killer tenderloin) comes with waffle fries that were fresh, light and crisp. coleslaw was refreshing and not over sauced...baked beans were sweet rich and comforting. incredible meal and and gem of a find. happy to travel an hour to eat here and will keep an eye on festival events that he's at. YES, HE'S THAT GOOD!!!

She also gave me a stack of Teacher Appreciation gift cards to share with all the staff! My receipt says General Manager Daisy Jade on 05/15/26 at 4:45 pm.
