Since this complex was sold, I have contacted the office multiple times during office hours without an answer. I've also left voice mail messages, but I have never received a call back. (Since my issue is over-payment related, this situation seems to be a material breach of contract.)

This is the worst place around bloomington. Management is rude and unprofessional. Never answer the phone nor call back, lazy. Don't waste your time or money here there's alot better management and apartments near by. Do yourself a favor and run far from this place. They're a joke!!
