Went in for some help getting my exercise back on track. I learned a whole bunch and Julie set me up with programming for at home.

Since I started training here around October 2019, I've gone from being 125 lbs (at 6'1") to 175 lbs and counting. My body fat percentage has also improved, and overall I'm just in much better shape physically. Would definitely recommend for people looking to work out but not really sure what workouts to do.

Perfect choice in regards to personal training, weight loss, and finding the right routine for you. I was always able to see my improvements through the technology and fitness tracking they provide, would highly recommend if wanting to change your body or lifestyle.
