This company is great at charging you for equipment t that has been returned. And God forbid if you don’t have the receipt showing you returned it. They will just say “ well we don’t have a record of it” Go with Smithville if you can, cheaper, better customer service no more reliable.

Went into the store today, sure beats fighting the 1800 number!!! Katie was nothing short of amazing help my wife and I fix our bill and answer all our questions!!! Super knowledgeable, as well as making the experience of switching carriers feel seamless and easy. 10 out of 10, you need help go into the store!!

It would be great to get more help from customer service reps on issues or questions, instead of constantly being directed to the do everything yourself app. Not everyone is proficient or tech savvy, nor are all questions answered just because the device shows it's online. Customer service could use some work you guys!
