“I love coming here especially when spring comes around because there's so many nice things and bedding plants, most of which I don't see at the local big box stores. They have a huge selection of Proven Winners and organic high-quality potting soil. The staff are always helpful and kind. Please shop local 🪴🌾🌺”
“The folks at The ROP Shop were a great help to me identifying a replacement pump for my Troy Bilt power washer. They assisted with installation advice and the Himore pump fit great and fixed my power washer. The replacement pump was much less expensive than the pump Briggs and Stratton suggested. Definitely will recommend he ROP Shop to my friends.”
“Olivia in customer service is WONDERFUL. I had a very bad 52 minute experience with Lowe's in Muncie, IN before I called my local Bluffton store just to see if there was any way at all that they could intervene. Olivia fixed it in 2 minutes on the phone. Then later the same day I had to call again because the item from Muncie ended up being wrong and Olivia stopped what she was doing in the store and came to the phone to help me AGAIN. I can't say enough how nice it is to have a local store this good. Muncie, you need to at least fake caring or go to Bluffton to watch and learn from Olivia. Thank you Olivia! 5 HUGE STARS!”

“Nice store. The staff is helpful. You can purchase many things for your building projects so check them out for cabinets, countertops, hardware, etc. The Bluffton and Berne stores are equally nice.”
