“I didn’t get the name of the associate who helped me last night, but I really want to thank him. He wasn’t able to help me with my problem, but only because it wasn’t something fixable. I came in an hour before closing with a new phone sent by Assurant in a claim, and even though the store was pretty busy so close to closing, he was professional and helpful and was able to call someone and figure out that T-Mobile sent me a locked phone that I have to sent back. upset about this issue, but I really appreciate this guy helping me out with this weird issue so late in the evening.”

“Best experience in a phone store in a long time. I ported over 4 phone lines today 2 went immediately the other two are pending still. Went back to the store after a couple hours of waiting was given the best customer service, and even an credit to our bill for all the inconvenience. All in all inconvenience on the verizon side but as far as TCC they have the best sales people around.”
