“I was told I needed brake pads changed very soon and they offered to change them the same day, but I opted to go to my usual mechanics. The other mechanics said that the break pads were still in great condition and the drum had a tear where debris could occasionally get in and make a noise that sounds like the pads need changed. The other mechanics cleaned out the debris and the brakes aren't squealing anymore. I want to give the benefit of the doubt and assume that they were not intentionally trying to sell me a service I didn't really need but I can't be sure. “Great service and very fast. The 2 guys that did my oil change weren't pushy trying to get me to buy an oil filter or anything extra. I brought in a 50% off coupon that I received in the mail and it took over 50% off of not only my oil change but my oil system clean out as well. I'm sure it was a marketing mistake but they still honored the price as how it rang up! My only complaint would be that my receipt said my tire air pressure was great, but no one checked my tires. They could have some fancy sensor that does it for them but that seems like a stretch. Without a coupon it is kind of expensive but the fact that it takes only 10 minutes is worth it.”
