“Hannah at the Boonville branch is amazing! I’ve been banking at peoples for about 3 years, this morning I woke up to an issue with my account. I spoke to two tellers that rudely brushed me off and said the issue was my fault, when I could see on my end it had to have been a mistake. I asked to speak to someone higher up, I was transferred to Hannah. She listened to me, let me explain what I was seeing and then took her time and looked over my account. Got the issue resolved in a matter of minutes and made me feel like a valued customer. I will continue to bank at Peoples because of her!”
