“I set up my account online to rent a unit... Someone called me from Extra Space to finish the deal... She was very helpful and friendly... The unit was very clean and ready to go when I arrived... The unit was unfortunately to small for all of my stuff.. It was approximately 930pm, so I called the number that I had been provided... They were very friendly and helpful and were able to get me another unit not very far from the first unit... I was very disappointed in the amount of space that there was to maneuver my Uhaul truck in... A quite ridiculous amount of drive space for a large moving truck to get into... Had I known that it was like that, I probably would have rented somewhere else...”
