“This store was exceptionally clean and organized! No stock sitting in the aisles waiting to be put away. Both cashiers on duty greeted me upon entering.
At the checkout counter CSHR#2690155 was friendly, efficient, and thanked me for shopping there. I haven’t experienced the pharmacy at this store yet, but I plan to.”

“Ordered a pizza for lunch today and had a great experience with the team at Casey’s. Their ordering system had gone down, so my order didn’t come through on their end until right before I arrived. When I walked in, you could tell the employee working was understandably frustrated with the system issues, but she immediately jumped into action, stayed professional, and let me know it would be about 10–15 minutes.

About 10 seconds later, what I believe was a district manager came out (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) and told me he was going to comp my pizza for the inconvenience. I told him he really didn’t have to because I understood the situation, but he replied, “I know how frustrating it can be to get here when you’re supposed to and your pizza isn’t ready.”

While I was waiting in line to grab a couple drinks and pay for gas before heading back to work, he even came over and opened a second register just to get me taken care of quicker — even though I was already next in line.

Customer service like that is hard to come by anymore, and you can absolutely see why he’s in the position he’s in. Huge thank you to both employees for handling a frustrating situation so professionally and making the experience a positive one.”
