“I moved to Martinsville in 2019. Of course as soon as we got here my car started having problems. I had asked on Facebook on which mechanic was the best in the area. There was many replies but one stuck out. Mike's Automotive. When I called the shop, Mike answered immediately. He told me to drop my car off and leave my key in the box and he would take a look at it in the morning. When about 11am rolled around I got a return call from Mike. He told me that my oil pan was leaking due to it being over tightened, more then likely at my last oil change. I told him I went to Jiffy Lube and he said it's pretty uncommon but that he could fix it by welding in a new plug so it would save me some money. He has always been honest, straight forward and has ways done an amazing job. He was the one who told me that he could fix that car later down the road when it was time to call it quits but that he wasnt going to lie to me. He said I would be better off getting another car. I listened to him and thanked him for being honest. I now have a 2016 Mazda CX-5 GT, which he just did work on with no real prior notice. On my way home on 11/18/2024, my Mazda went into "Limp Mode" on SB 69 heading home from work. I had my car towed to Mike's. I called him with it being almost 8pm and he answered with no hesitation. It was like greeting an old friend. He told me he would look at it in the morning but to call him again so he could write everything down. I did as he asked and he told me he would look at it and get me an estimate. Around 12pm, I recieved a call from Mike with a very straight forward and confident answer. He gave me the estimate and it was much less then I thought it would be as it felt like my cars engine had fallen out getting it to the side of the road to be towed. Mike worked with my schedule and even stayed late for me to make my payment. I am beyond thankful for Mike and will always have him as my mechanic even if I move from Martinsville. I would highly recommend him to any one of my friends and family.”

“We were driving a 1968 Camaro from Northern Minnesota to Northern Virginia and needed a new driveshaft. The owner pushed off his own timeline to get us a correct sized 100% quality driveshaft to make sure we wouldn't have any more issues. He let us use a few tools and even gave my husband a t-shirt. Very knowledgeable, clean shop, and you won't find the quality and expertise anywhere else.”

“I’ve had used Bryant’s several times and been very satisfied. He makes the needed repairs without trying to up-charge. Bill calls in advance to advise what was found and the path forward. The last repair for an engine misfire was under $250 including coil replacement, diagnosis and ruling out other potential causes and completed the work at least a day earlier than scheduled.”
“My family was in the process of moving across the country when the day prior to leaving our vehicle suddenly started making a strange clunking sound when braking. after calling 4 other auto shops who would not be able to even look at the vehicle for 3-7 days, my wife contacted Joe’s. When she told Joe that we were literally selling our house and moving across the country and supposed to leave that next day, Joe immediately said I can’t let you go across the country without having it looked at and squeezed us in the very next morning. “A&A once again went way out of their way to resolve my problem with a F-250. It was showing a “check engine “ This is a modified diesel engine with 3 hundred thousand miles on it. To my surprise it has two coolant systems. One I wasn’t aware of was low on antifreeze.
Problem solved!!

I’ve been going to Autobahn for about 3 years now, and I would hands down recommend them over the dealer. Their communication and service technicians are dealership level if not more detailed and precise. My Mercedes E350 sounded and performed mechanically brand new ever since I’ve had it serviced from them, even after it hit 100k+ miles. I’m now bringing them my new to me GLS550 that I know that letting them service it, it’ll run and operate like new. Their labor cost is couple hundred bucks cheaper than the dealer and parts are not up-charged. I’m mainly leaving this review to help this place get more attention and help more people out who need to hear and honest 5 star review :)”

They ran through the list, checked everything, and provided a quote in a timely manner.
