“I have been a customer of Joe's Automotive Service for years, until I moved out of state. I'm here visiting, when my battery started needing jumped, if I didn't drive it everyday. I took my CR-V to a couple of local mechanic shops & was told I needed a new alternator. I wasn't sure if Joe was still working but I called him, thank goodness I did! He asked me to describe what was happening and he would get back with me. (He was out having lunch with his son.) He called back later in the day & said it didn't sound like it was an alternator issue, but rather an electrical drain somewhere in the system. He advised me to take it to a Honda service department to have a specific computerized test run to diagnose where the problem was actually coming from. Turns out, it was an antenna in the door handle, that was staying on draining the battery. The point of all this is; without Joe taking the time & listening to what I was describing, I would have put in a new alternator AND still would have had the same issue, when I returned home. Joe is a great mechanic & he actually cares about his customers. You can trust in his knowledge & experience when when it comes to vehicle repairs. THANKS JOE!”

“Best car buying experience I've ever had. I unexpectedly made a stop at the dealership on my way out of town from Bloomington when my car at the time started making a strange noise. The service team was able to see me right away which gave me time to look around the lot. John Pettygrove (Sales Consultant) asked if I needed help and it was from that moment I felt like I made a genuine friend. John was informative, but not pushy as we're often told salespeople can be. Over the course of 3 months, he checked in, answered my questions, and let me take the lead on when I was ready to buy. He accompanied me on test drives and eventually introduced me to Bill Rutherford (New Car Manager) and Manny Aguayo (Finance Manager) who were both just as great at John. They all made me feel like family. From my first interactions with the service team who without hesitation jumped in to help with my old car, to driving off the lot in my new car after hugs and congratulations from John, Bill, and Manny, I cannot recommend Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford in Martinsville enough. “These guys treated with the utmost respect and they are all good at the job they do and they are great people makes me want to move up north just for that fact alone great towing company allowed me to get all my belongings it was all there plus they actually bought my car off of me granted it was super cheap but the thing had blown up so I was great full that they purchased it paid for the trip and then some I love the people at across town towing and I'm from paoli indiana so that says a lot”

“Beautiful repair job! Several small areas on my Buick Enclave had been damaged fairly recently. Found time to dive in & get them repaired. Honestly, my 5-year-old vehicle looked brand new INSIDE & OUT after their repair job!! Weida's attention to detail is spectacular. The high-end pearlized white paint was blended perfectly with the old. I could not be more pleased. Plus, they were ready to start on the date given & they finished within the time they scheduled with me. The whole transaction was pleasant, with accurate information & with people very comfortable to deal with. It's no wonder why their garage is full! Very grateful I made the right choice.”
