They detailed the inside & hand washed the outside. The wheels were nasty because of brake dust from old owner & when I picked it up, you would have never known! “I’ve been a regular customer of Jimmy Buff-it for eight years with my pickup truck, having it detailed at least six times inside and out, including after extended camping trips to Alaska and the Rocky Mountains. Each time it has come back looking at least as good as the day I bought it ten years ago. They have done an awesome job, including minor body repairs and paint touch up. I also had them detail my truck camper twice, once in their shop and once on site.Excellent service. Excellent quality work. Excellent attention to detail. “Was driving around Danville and wanted to show my husband this place. Front was locked already, went to the back, and asked the guys if they minded if we walked around and day dreamed over the cars. They were like, sure!! I had been once, and an owner had walked me through. The mopars ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ omg the work that these guys do is utterly amazing. People from all over the world trust these guys with their cars. Don't get me wrong, they had other makes and models there, but the bulk majority was Mopar. “Went back because the inside of the windshield had a film on it that looked like they had tried to clean it. When I complained about it, they told me they didn’t do anything to the inside of the windshield. When I ask about the possibility of overspray from the interior protection he said they just sprayed the floor mats with a spray bottle. Kind of expensive for that service don’t you think. We were supposed to get aqua pel. The outside of the windshield has several little white spots. Overall, I would say that we got good service except for the windshield and the fact that the gentleman that I spoke to really didn’t seem to even care about my complaints. I would have thought that he would have at least looked at the car.”
“**update** last few experiences have been good. Although maybe not crew good, it has been worth it for the money. Good value.Short term sales thinking has gotten this car wash in a mess. I don't believe the car wash is as good. They offer free vacs and toweling for less, so it is a great value. However, the customer service is often very salesy and does not treat customers with the same relational value that, surprisingly, the larger local chain does.”
