“My son had car issues on a Saturday. It was towed to Mears Automotive. I called Monday and spoke to Tom. He said we will try to get it in today but most likely Tuesday. He called a few hours later, identified the issue and we approved the repair. He called that same afternoon letting us know we were able to pick it up! It was affordable, the mechanics are nice, and so far so good on the repair! This is our first experience with Mears and it was great. Let's hope that is all my son's car needed. I will update if it changes, but we were very pleased.”

Big O Tire told me it would be between $50 - $60 to fix. The final cost was $18.22. These guys are honest and professional. Don't go anywhere else.”

“I needed the tires replaced on my SUV. I had a good set of used tires that needed mounted and balanced. The front sales staff were very friendly even though I did not purchase tires from them and the price they quoted was less than anyone else I called. I also spoke to a couple of the tire techs and they were very friendly as well. Service was fast and I was in and out in less time than expected. I live about 40 minutes away from the Brownsburg location but I plan on going back. I definitely recommend Belle Tire.”

“My experience was awesome! My previous vehicle was deemed a total loss but was still reflecting on my credit and as a current loan because the process takes a long time. When I arrived to the dealership their power was out and unfortunately they couldn’t do anything at 9 am when I arrived. The sales manager (Jason) advised me to fill out the online credit application in the meantime and would let me know when the power came on. Two hours later he called me with an approval! I was in a hurry to pick up my kids and my sales associate (Eli) was understanding and did an amazing job to get me through the process in under an hour along with the finance manager and the individuals detailing and cleaning my vehicle. Fastest experience at a dealership I have ever had! On top of all that I was able to leave my rental car there to be picked up. I can’t thank them enough for the professionalism and support I received!”

“If you have an internal engine issue, then I would call Ben's Garage and get it figured out before you do more damage ignoring it. Simple short Answer. - you want details keep reading.We had a very good experience with Ben's Garage. We made our appointment with Richard about a week out. Understandable after the holidays and large amount of work they had on hand. Daniel was the one who was calling us as we were getting updates on our difficult repair.Our normal Mechanic was not able to repair our internal engine repair and Ben's Garage was the only shop I found locally (other than a Dealer) that had knowledge on the issue and how to repair.After the Repair was completed there was quality control check and there was issue found. That issue was address at no additional charge.It did push our pick up time back from Friday / Monday to Tuesday (Holiday on Monday). I would rather the work to be done right the first time and checked rather than fast and multiple return trips for the same work.Our Primary Repair was for Rocker arms, an Intake Cam Shaft on our 2014 Town and Country. A Total of 24 rocker arms, the followers, the damaged cam shaft, and an oil change because it was due for it. - Nothing was pushed on us.Their inspection also discovered a Leaking Oil intercooler, and leaking coolant lines (Failed plastic hose fitting attachments). - These items were not things I would have seen or repair myself. Since they were in that area for repairs to the engine the oil intercooler labor was going to be less than if we did it at a later date.While we were in the same area we did Spark plugs too since we had 135K Miles on them and they were due to be replaced. Again saving labor costs since we were already in the area for the work, with the oil intercooler, camshaft, and rocker arms etc.All of this work was done underneath the Air intake manifold and requires its removal (A plastic part) and has several seals that get replaced when you have to remove it. If you do it yourself (Not that I have done it - You would need to clean well before re assembly.) Hence why I did not do it myself.It was a big Job, a lot of work, and I took my Vehicle to a set or professionals who would do a good job for a fair price. At the end of the day I am happy with the work done, the time it took, the fact they checked their work, actually fixed my vehicle, and I only had to pay to fix my issue once. Thank you to all at Ben's Garage.”
