“Took my car in for brakes and their detailed vehicle inspection with pictures and videos indicated I still had half life left. They did find a belt tensioner issue which was covered by my extended warranty, thanks to Nathan for finding my warranty and contacting them. Inside was very clean and courtesy transportation from and to was fantastic. I will be using them again soon for a different vehicle and I would definitely recommend them.”

The night before my birthday, I walked out of work in the dark after all my coworkers had left and my car simply wouldn’t start. We’d never used Mears before, but had heard great things about them, so I asked for it to be towed there and hoped for the best.
They figured out the problem, gave me a very reasonable quote and despite hitting some bumps along the way, they stuck to that quote, all the while making sure my car was completely taken care of.

“This was my first experience getting my Grand Jeep Cherokee detailed. He did an amazing job! It’s as clean as the day I bought it. All items that he found from hair ties, to chap stick, etc. he placed in small baggies and put them in the front seat. I will definitely be back in November to have the exterior detailed before the winter. Prices are very reasonable, and it’s nice that they’re local.”

I was momenting how great the mx tires grip and how well they last. Lucky I had my dirt bike with me that day so they could see them selfs. “Techs are awesome! If you just go in, buy tires and have them installed you are golden. Online ordering leaves a lot to be desired. Order status was wrong on multiple levels. Canceled half the order but then fulfilled and charged it anyway (after I had reordered items they canceled). Then the lead never checked in order when it arrived, so order still showed as pending delivery for two extra days until I called and verified they were there after checking tracking info from email. Just buy tires in stock and avoid all the nonsense. The guys will take great care of you.”

I loved how the technician offered to verbally go over everything with me on the phone, and then to top it off they sent me a detailed digital inspection report. Now I have a list of repairs that I can start to work through with the team. Not to mention, my 3 year old son loved getting a book written by the owner all about fixing cars! Loved the whole experience!”
