The night before my birthday, I walked out of work in the dark after all my coworkers had left and my car simply wouldn’t start. We’d never used Mears before, but had heard great things about them, so I asked for it to be towed there and hoped for the best.
They figured out the problem, gave me a very reasonable quote and despite hitting some bumps along the way, they stuck to that quote, all the while making sure my car was completely taken care of.
I know for a fact we’ll be back in the future and we can’t recommend them enough! We’ve been searching for a trustworthy, competent and reasonable mechanic shop since we moved to the area 5 years ago. Now we’ve found that and more!”

“This was my first experience getting my Grand Jeep Cherokee detailed. He did an amazing job! It’s as clean as the day I bought it. All items that he found from hair ties, to chap stick, etc. he placed in small baggies and put them in the front seat. I will definitely be back in November to have the exterior detailed before the winter. Prices are very reasonable, and it’s nice that they’re local.”

I was momenting how great the mx tires grip and how well they last. Lucky I had my dirt bike with me that day so they could see them selfs. I appreciated how helpful the staff was on the phone at taking me through their registration and drop off process. I loved how the technician offered to verbally go over everything with me on the phone, and then to top it off they sent me a detailed digital inspection report. Now I have a list of repairs that I can start to work through with the team. Not to mention, my 3 year old son loved getting a book written by the owner all about fixing cars! Loved the whole experience!”
