“Techs are awesome! If you just go in, buy tires and have them installed you are golden. Online ordering leaves a lot to be desired. Order status was wrong on multiple levels. Canceled half the order but then fulfilled and charged it anyway (after I had reordered items they canceled). Then the lead never checked in order when it arrived, so order still showed as pending delivery for two extra days until I called and verified they were there after checking tracking info from email. Just buy tires in stock and avoid all the nonsense. The guys will take great care of you.”
