Love this gym so much. Kyle and Rachel truly care about the members and work so hard to create a positive atmosphere. They are always friendly and helpful and are genuinely excited about teaching healthier lifestyles.

I’ve been a member of this gym for 5 years. The owners Kyle and Rachel are always incredibly helpful and kind. Just recently I lost a wallet, and Kyle went above and beyond to make sure we could locate it. The gym is incredible and the staff couldn’t be better. I’d give 6 stars if I could!!

Exact is awesome! Kyle and Rachel have created an atmosphere for everyone no matter what stage of their fitness journey. 10/10 must check out.

We are a locally owned 24 hour gym, ran by a husband and wife. We specialize in developing training and nutrition programs for in-person and online clients. We offer hybrid boxing classes to members and non-members. We have a full line of cardio, strength training machines, and free weights. We are a membership only club, members access the facility using a key fob. Doors are locked at all times, please call to schedule a tour.
