“This place, and the people here are amazing! They have all welcomed me into their space with open arms. The workouts are challenging and "fun" (they're really fun after they're over lbvs). The coaches have pushed me past my comfort zone... and MOST importantly, I've already seen and felt RESULTS in my 2 short weeks that I've been attending. I know I still have a ways to go but I'd definitely recommend this place for those who are ready to be challenged and changed!”

“It’s great ms merideth and ms Kim are so nice and they help u get better and better Ms. merideth my teacher always made sure we would be comfortable in what we were doing and every time we got an award we Wouk always do a little parachute 🪂 and I always was great full to have a gymnastics coach like her and she made me feel happy even when I couldn’t get the trick right she taught me how to do a pullover and a backwards roll plus a forward roll and is currently working on helping me with my back end and back handspring go visit fusion im telling you it’s the best”
