He stayed late to help me, was informative, kind, helpful and guided me in the right direction. He was knowledgeable and even talked to my family on the phone and answered their questions about flooring. Man’s a flooring wizard. Thank you Chris!”

“Today it was terrific! I was looking for an item I thought might be back by kitchen stuff and it wasn't. But, Mike was kind enough to walk me across the entire store to show me where my item was located. Then he asked me what else I needed and I said shelf paper. He laughed and walked me back where we started. We visited along the way and he was just so pleasant. The store was clean and well stocked. But, Mike made my day. Actually, unlike the last time I was there, all of the staff were very pleasant.”
