“I've been doing a summer remodeling project and have made several trips to the Shadeland Lowes location for materials. Aaron in the lumber department has been so helpful! He's so patient in helping me find the right pieces and then cutting the lumber for me. I'm not comfortable using a saw, so it has been extremely helpful. He also doesn't point, he actually takes you to show you where things are in the store! Amazing customer service, keeps me going back and doing more projects lol.”

“Excellent experience with the gentlemen here. The first gentleman I spoke with on the telephone FOUR times. I didn’t realize the rental pick-up had bucket seats and came with two people to help carry items we were hauling, but ended up having to cancel and come back later with a single person.
When I returned, C took excellent care of me and told me honestly that the rearview mirror was a little wonky on the truck. The truck drove well, but I was a little late returning because of the 465 shut down. He was gracious and could have nailed me with extra fees, but didn’t. Very much appreciate his service!”

I will choose them over Lowes at times and both of them over Menards at times.
So it's sort of depends on what I'm looking for and what I'm trying to buy and how convenient what I'm looking for is and where it is located in the store, Because I'm not going to go to the back of the store for something that should be located in the front.”
“I believe most the prices are a little less than their competitors but I was able to find what I needed easy enough with the Lowe's app. Otherwise it's a big store so more difficult to find what you are looking for.”

“Lowe’s Home Improvement offers a great selection of products for home projects, repairs, and renovations. The store is usually well-organized, and I was able to find most of what I needed at reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions. The only reason for giving four stars instead of five is that checkout and customer service can sometimes be a bit slow. Overall, it's a reliable place for home improvement needs.”
“I like Home Depot for certain things. Chiefly they are the largest authorized Milwaukee Tools distributor that I know of. I mostly go there for that reason alone, but be warned... They are not always the cheapest place to buy Milwaukee Tools.”

“Always love delivering to Lowe’s. I pulled up saw an open dock. Slipped right in and then took my bills to the door. They had the three pallets off and my bills signed in about 15 minutes.
They even let me park off to the side and come back in to use the bathroom and buy a new pair of gloves.”

I was looking for a specific outdoor rug, and while the system said there was one in stock, two store associates searched extensively and were unable to find it. It was not available for online ordering, so one of the men called another store to confirm they had one, and had them hold it for me. This level of attention and customer service will keep me shopping at Lowes.”
