“I could not be happier with the customer service I received from David at ProSource of South Indianapolis. The color in our flooring was off (some had yellow hues and some were pure gray) and we were not happy customers. The bad part was that 80% of our flooring was already installed when we noticed the defect. I reached out to ProSource and from there our customer service journey became impeccable. The constant communication from David; communicating every step of the way and keeping us in the know. David was able to order all new flooring from the manufacturer and get them to pay for removal and reinstallation of the new flooring. The crew that David used to remove and reinstall our new floors was Hobbs Flooring and we simply could not be happier. We will forever buy our flooring from ProSource and we will refer anyone we can to purchase from them. Thank you, David, for such a wonderful experience!”

“I'd been having trouble finding rigid foam plant protectors for cold weather & looked on the Fishers Menards website earlier today. It showed they had some in stock so I called the store to confirm. I spoke to Sumner in hardware who was very helpful - he initially couldn't locate them & rather than keep me waiting on the phone, he offered to continue looking & to email me with his results. A short time later I received an email from him saying he found them & put the 2 that I needed aside for me. I went to the store after dinner & purchased them. Sumner really went above & beyond in my opinion! I know this was a small thing, not a large purchase but he treated it with importance & I really appreciate that. Kudos also to Cody in hardware who retrieved them for me when I got there - these young men displayed excellent customer service & should be commended & recognized for their great attitudes & willingness to help. They are excellent employees - thank you!”

I do not recommend going with their installer who quoted me $2200 to install an $850 water heater. This was more than 3x what I ended up paying another company, including a $375 charge to pick up the unit from the store which is 4 miles from my house.”

“This Home Depot did not have what I wanted in stock, but I wasn't expecting much: I was looking for disposable face masks in the middle of a pandemic, at a time when masks were hard to find. So, Home Depot didn't have them in their store, but neither did any place else, so I can't really fault them for that.But they did have a large selection of trash bags! I use these often to pick up trash around my neighborhood, and I am particular to a certain size of trash bag. The trash bag needs to be big enough to fit inside a 5-gallon bucket, but not so big that there's a lot of extra bag hanging out of the bucket. Home Depot has a generic brand of trash bags that fit perfectly inside a 5-gallon bucket that are sturdy and have little flaps to tie the bag. They work great for picking up trash.When I went to check out, there were people there to help, and they were friendly. I was in and out super quick.”
