“This store and the Store Team Lead Megan are absolutely amazing.
First of all I have been to this store for fresh water fish a handful of times. The store is clean! No stink like most pet stores. Floors spotless. Aquariums-immaculate.
Every time I go the staff are warm and greet you. Not just the robot greeting but truly greet you. Everyone that has helped with fish has went above and beyond to wrangle those rascals.
Second, the quality of fish can’t be beat for the price point. No comparison. I thought I would check a copy of Indy stores-not my type of people. Branched out and bought a few fish from Uncle Bills and discovered they had Mouth Rot. You ever tried to quarantine fish out of a 75 gallon planted tank? Not fun.
Third, my finn-tastic friend Megan. She didn’t know me from anyone else but she has went above and beyond to research, answer questions, help me with orders, etc.; and she’s always smiling. She even took a nibble from a ravenous gourami for my sake. Most awesome fish in the sea was the Megaladon; well she’s the Meg to me!!

“Howdy, leaving a great review for Emily and Harjot Suga, great managers and employees. Great store and staff, great location. They have the love and knowledge for animals. They are very clean store. They also have great self service for dogs to give dogs baths. They are very kind people. Treat you like your part of the family. It's really great prices on their toys, treats, food and all kinds of items. We had bought a nice winter jacket for our fur baby. We absolutely love the jacket. It fits our little guy. Although he's definitely a winter dog . He himself would rather go outside in snow with out. Definitely worth getting it. He does love wearing it. They have tons of items. They are very helpful. We are definitely coming back. They also have events for your fur babies. Their grand opening was very successful. Harjot and his other half wife. Are amazing staff there, we will always support them. Great prices, and great food and treats is everything your fur babies will absolutely love. We fell in love with there store. They may not understand me, that's okay. We know our fur baby understand them and even loved going into there store itself. Pet friendly to the core. Please open up one in Plainfield. “Nail trim clinic 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. Only $10 per animal. The girls do a very good job and are very professional. All the employees in the store are very nice and they have a wide variety of products”

My 2 fur babies have their regular Vet, but when out here working sometimes I cant get back home or I need their weight to keep accuracy of their simparico trio monthly treatment.
This is great location with big field.

“I had a great experience at the Plainfield Tractor Supply. The woman at the register was so sweet and greeted me with a smile before sending me to customer service.
Ciera and Sonny were amazing and helped me tremendously while I was looking up my late husband's trailers. Bob also stepped in to give me more information, and they fixed everything I needed and explained my next steps. I really appreciate their kindness, their condolences, and their wonderful customer service during a difficult time.”
“I am so impressed with the Vet and staff here! Dr. Lembke has so much knowledge and passion. She treated my boy Benny with such care that I instantly trusted her. Some vets can be so cold and she is exactly who you want caring for your animal. The office manager, Pamela, was also amazing. Lauren also went above and beyond with her compassion and knowledge. Her heart is genuine for sure. You can tell when people truly care about how the animal feels and this place is full of heart! Noah was also great :)
