So, maybe there are Kroger parent company issues with how orders are picked, but overall Kroger pickup should work for most everyone.”

“I just started working here back in December. Though the onboarding process to get in had a miscommunication hiccup, my direct supervisor kept me informed of every process to get me in there. I could tell from when I interviewed, that Grandview is a company to make a career with. On my first day I had such an outpour of concern from each of the associates, making sure I was finding things okay and getting along okay. I have worked customer service for fifteen plus years and never in any of my previous jobs, have I had such a warming and welcoming environment to work in. I look forward to work EVERY DAY and know that in the future, the worst days will still be good days compared. The CEO himself gets down into the pharmacy and calls to help when help is needed. It truly is a wonderful place to call a second home and wonderful people to call family.”

“This is a nice, brand new store. It is large and spacious. It can be a little confusing because they have lots of aisles but the items are spaced weirdly. You may find the same item in multiple locations around the store or somewhere you would not think to look. I was hoping when they built this one that they would keep the angled parking spaces that were there already but they didn't and the spots are tight and a little hard to get into. Since it is the only grocery store on the north side of Brownsburg along with Walmart and Aldi, I will most likely continue to shop there because their sales and digital coupons are good. Kroger is the most expensive of the three, however.”
