    “Due to road construction, I hadn't passed along this area for awhile, but once the roundabout was opened, I learned that the new Dollar General was open. I decided to stop in and check it out. I'm not a frequent shopper at DG, but found it to be a nice store with many more options than I expected, including a nice variety of food and snacks. LaTisha helped me search for some items and I had an overall great experience. I plan to return on a more frequent basis. Thank you!”

    “Store is often understaffed. Employees are kept busy receiving orders, stocking orders. Returning items to their proper locations after customers decide they don't want it and randomly discard them anywhere but where they got them (not all, but more than enough to create chaos in an already chaotic atmosphere.) Lacking full time cashiers, impatient customers consider it an affront to have to wait for an employee, to stop stocking shelves, or helping other customers, to get to the cash register. I hope this helps explain why there is sometimes no one at the register. Cleaning, stocking, restocking, helping customers and keeping the store presentable takes time So please be patient, someone is on their way. Thank you for your patronage.”

    “Perspective is everything and even though this store has a low average rating, they came in clutch when I needed them. It was the day of my daughter's graduation open house and the bulk of my decorating hinged on helium balloons. I had purchased a helium tank from Michael's for $38.99 and it wasn't working. I pulled up to Walmart in a frenzy and was able to purchase the same tank (same amount of helium) WITH string and balloons included for $28.88! The one from Michael's cost more and came with nothing....it didn't even work!Did I mention that Tony the Tiger was in the parking lot doing a public appearance?! Had I not been running around like a chicken with my head cut off an hour before our party, I would've taken a photo with him. Believe what he said about Walmart.....They're great!”

    “Store is clean. Customer service has been great. I have been going to this Walmart for years. It is worth driving out of my way to pick up groceries. I recently reached out to management because my daughter was doing a Girl Scouts community service project at the humane society. They were very helpful and generous which allowed her troop to accomplish their project.”

    Walmart wants your groceries at the door before the ice cream softens. On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast.
