“This climate controlled facility is AWESOME. We stored a full dining room set (2 corner cabs, buffet, table, 6 chairs) in a 5x10 unit for 4 years and recently removed it in PERFECT condition and NO sign of "critters". Just what you want when storing furniture or personal items!!”

“The facility is clean and well maintained and feels very safe.But there is literally no point in having a public restroom if it's ALWAYS locked with no way to get in it to use it. Why not put a keypad lock on it so that the patrons who rent units there can access it. Especially those of us with young kids who are potty-training or have small bladders.”

“Was pushing to get out by the end of my month. Arrived Saturday afternoon at 4:30 thinking the office was open til 5:30 like is plastered all over the web...including their own webpage. Loaded the last of my stuff in ten minutes, and went back to the office to find out they closed at 4:00. But Laramie was still there, opened the door for me, and closed out my account for me. If he hadn't helped me out, I would have been on the hook for another month's rent having to wait til the following Monday to do business.The facilities are new, clean and easy to manage. We did have a dead mouse smell we reported that we never heard back on any findings. Didn't affect our stuff.”
