“I have had a storage unit at Extra Space on Windham Lake Dr since December 2022, when I moved out of state. Because I was back and forth to Indy at odd times, I never met the store manager, Vernon, until last week.I needed to downsize to a smaller unit (since I was finally getting rid of junk) and Vernon bent over backwards to get me the best deal. He is personable , knowledgeable and really understands his customers. If you're looking for storage that is clean and a fair price, definitely give Vernon and his staff at Extra Space a call!”

They moved 3 shelves that were each 7' tall and two upholstered arm chairs from the basement of a condo in downtown Indy to the truck, then transported across town and carried up a flight of stairs to a second floor condo. They were careful, polite, and professional throughout the process. Would definitely use them again!”

“I love this place! So I needed lots of storage after moving and downsizing... I picked this place because it was newly built and of course the climate control is everything in the winter.... I was very unsure of what I would need space wise.... the lady (TY) at the front desk was flipping awesome ??! She was very knowledgeable and highly professional in aiding me to my storage destiny!! (cause honey I was clueless!) TY took her time and was so patient with me, we sat and went through some pricing and sizes.... And she even walked through the storage with me so I could view certain storage rooms myself.... this place was really clean! I didn't feel rushed and I'm happy with the decision to use this facility.... and if I ever need to know anything... (you guessed it I call TY?) and she just knows how to configure and explain everything!! I'm telling yall.... don't hesitate on this place. And if your unsure ask for TY! Thanks extra space... this is my storage home from here on out!”

“I have used the storage service for a few months at this spot. The spot is clean always. Today afternoon (August 8th) we rent a van from a U-Haul spot, and the van was so dirty and smelled awfully. We drove this van to the spot, and the lady staff saw that and instantly gave help offering cleaning tools. And she also gave us some air perfumer and sanitizer to help us feel better. She is a staff of simply self storage rather than of U-Haul. I am very thankful that she gave a hand warmly. Nice space, and even nicer staff!”

“I really like the storage in the broadripple area. Mary called to check to make sure I was able to get in my unit okay and if I needed anything to reach out to her. She was very pleasant easy to talk too. One feature I like about that location you can use your phone app to get in the gate instead of having to stop and put in your PIN code. Once I arrive at my unit my paperwork and lock was in the unit. 5 star service. Thank you Mary for being a wonderful person and caring about your job and others. He explained everything to me clearly, showed me potential units, didn't use any high pressure sales tactics and was overall, extremely nice.Addendum: I changed my review to five stars from 3. This is because I had a recent encounter with another employee of Storage Express. I was really impressed at how he handled the situation. Therefore, 5 stars. They put their money were their mouth is. Happy.”
