“Just wanted to share my experience at Simply Chic today. What an amazing team! Simply Chic should be so proud of their honest, hard-working employees. While taking 3 totes of clothes & wallets today, I inadvertently left cash in one of the wallets. When I arrived at the store for pick-up, Michelle handed me the money she found inside. Every single dollar, the entire amount! Then, after arriving home, Michelle found a personal message notecard and gift card also tucked inside the same wallet and personally called me to let me know! The honesty and professionalism Michelle exhibited today is beyond belief. What a wonderful, honest person Michelle is. Simply Chic should be honored and proud to have Michelle on their team. “I love and respect all the things Goodwill as a company does for people and communities! Such as FREE highschool for adults, helping people with housing, free nursing for first time mother's, etc.... Goodwill gets their donations for free but if you do your research you will see all the amazing things the company does!!”

That’s kind of the fun of it—you never know what you’ll come across. It’s simple, a little messy, but perfect if you enjoy the thrill of thrift hunting.”
“Whitestown location.Nice product, great staff.My question is, why do prices keep going up?They have taken all incentive discounts away and replaced them with "coupons" that are no value like what there was prior.At some point people will stop coming as prices for used products are becoming unreasonable.”
“Everyone in their mother's uncle's nephew's great grand-niece was there on a Sunday evening 'round 5pm. The place is huge. A lot of bins with clothes (mostly) but also some furniture and misc garage stuff. There were basically no dishes or kitchenware items. They charge $1.79/lb for stuff, unless an item is over 15 lbs then it might be priced differently.
I couldn't find very good quality clothes, but that may vary day-to-day. People in there move + dig FAST like they're racing to grab the good stuff... honestly just take your time and hope you find something good. I'd prefer to just go to a regular Goodwill.”
“Their board game selection is legendary. They also tend to carry luxury purses quite often. I always do really well in the home goods section of this Goodwill, although the pricing is quite random and nonsensical - especially the children’s books.”
