“An Exceptional Experience at the Cigar Lounge
This cigar bar delivers the kind of experience you don’t just enjoy—you remember. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere hits you with that perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. Low lighting, rich leather seating, and a warm, inviting ambiance make it the ideal place to unwind, celebrate, or just escape for a while.
Service: Outstanding
The staff here is on another level. Knowledgeable without being pretentious, attentive without hovering, and genuinely passionate about helping you find the perfect cigar or drink pairing. Whether you’re a seasoned aficionado or brand new to cigars, they make you feel welcome and taken care of. Every recommendation was spot‑on, and the service flowed effortlessly all night.
Cigars & Drinks: Top‑Tier
The humidor is impressive—well‑stocked, well‑maintained, and curated with a selection that ranges from classic favorites to rare gems. Every cigar was fresh, perfectly stored, and smoked beautifully. The drink menu is just as strong, with premium spirits, craft cocktails, and pours that complement the cigars perfectly. You can tell real thought went into the pairings.
Atmosphere: Pure Relaxation
This place nails the vibe. Comfortable seating, great ventilation, and a laid‑back energy that makes you want to stay for hours. It’s upscale without being stuffy, social without being loud, and refined without losing that cozy, lounge‑style charm. Whether you’re solo or with friends, it feels like the perfect spot to settle in and enjoy the moment.
Bottom line: This cigar bar is the gold standard. Incredible service, exceptional cigars, and an atmosphere that makes every visit feel like a treat. Easily one of the best lounges I’ve ever been to.”
“Fav smoke shop by far, will drive across town to specifically go to this smokeshop, love the people they are all great and a super good environment. Highly recommend if you are looking for ur main shop”
“Love love love this place!!! Best place to buy gummies. Mike is so awesome and very helpful!
Natalie and Jesse are awesome as well! They are great at answering your questions in detail and very informative on the products they sell. I’ve loved everything they have suggested to me! If I could give them more than 5 starts I would!”
“Literally the best smoke shop in the city. Fantastic staff, great selections and prices. I look forward to my weekly stop-in. And the rewards program is actually worth a damn when it comes to money off your purchases. The owner is so great to talk to, and the other guys working there are always good for a laugh and knowledge. I refer everyone here for smoke shop needs. They also sell some hot sauce that my husband is obsessed with. And the tie-die clothing selection is beautiful.
Great vibes. Great staff. Great location.
Many thanks to everyone at GL. Really can't ask for a better place.”
“Small hidden local gem! After reading articles and reviews on multiple platforms, the consensus was this store sells the same products as the fancier smoke shops. The same product at a lower price.
While visiting the shop I was greeted right away by Pinky! I felt like I was stopping by my friend’s house, Pinkies never met a stranger; I’m sure of it.
I purchased a vape for $35 that I’ve bought for $50 at other smoke shops.
If you like local spot that make you feel all homie when you walk through the door? 38th St. Smoke shops is your new spot!
Cheers Pinky, knocked my socks off ??”
“The customer service was excellent. I was impressed by the manager’s knowledge and integrity. There was also a good variety of product that seems so far to be good quality.”
“Mike is fantastic. He is so knowledgeable and takes plenty of time explaining what was wrong with my laptop. And explained what he did to fix my laptop. Can't say enough good about Mike and his service. Thanks so much, Mike!”
“One of the best shops in Indy hands down. The store owner Kenneth makes it great. He’s super friendly, knowledgeable, plays great music, and values his customers. Always lowest prices and one of the wider selections compared to other Indy E Cigs. Love this place! Go show them some support!”
“The family owned store is amazing! So friendly and nice. He always used to give my daughter a piece of candy! Always looking out for his community too! Love the couple in the morning too!”
“I went here on friday. The guy really knows what he's doing! One of the best salesmen I've met knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended.”
“Always helpful and very honest about products even when they could have sold me something more expensive just to make some money. You can build up points to get $5 off a purchase here, that I haven’t seen other places do. Great place and people highly recommend.”
“Cool shop. Knowledgeable staff. Good prices. Good delta products. Don't know what that other guy is talking about on the review. Best shop in Plainfield for sure”
