Trae, Nadir, and the entire staff are absolute gems. They know me that well, always look out for me, and somehow remember exactly what I like. They’re knowledgeable, patient, funny, and genuinely care — not just trying to sell you something and move on.
The store itself? CLEAN. Organized. Vibes on point. And every single time I come in, there’s something new and exciting on the shelves. Best products. Best selection. Period.

“Literally the best smoke shop in the city. Fantastic staff, great selections and prices. I look forward to my weekly stop-in. And the rewards program is actually worth a damn when it comes to money off your purchases. The owner is so great to talk to, and the other guys working there are always good for a laugh and knowledge. I refer everyone here for smoke shop needs. They also sell some hot sauce that my husband is obsessed with. And the tie-die clothing selection is beautiful.

“Hands down my favorite vape shop in Indy. The owner is fantastic and willing to help with anything you need. He's always friendly and more than happy to help. The other employee that's sometimes at the shop typically runs the Pendleton location but will sometimes fill in at this location and he is always more than happy to go out of his way to help with any issues and needs. They are happy and willing to explain absolutely everything in the store if you're trying to find something new, just getting started vaping, etc. If they don't have something you need or are interested in, they will do what they can to order what you're looking for. I've been to other local vape shops in the area and I was grateful when we found Black Swan because it's not employed by a bunch of 21 year olds who don't want to get off their phones to help customers. They act extremely annoyed when someone walks into the store, especially if you aren't a young emo person as well. I appreciate all the help and guidance they've given my husband and myself over the years. I should have written a review long ago but I thought it was far past time to leave them one.”

I accidentally purchased the wrong size pods for my Novo pen. I came back a few weeks later to return/exchange but they were out of the kind I needed.
The owner offered a refund but I really needed my nic fix! So he gave me a disposable/rechargeable vape in exchange - something I'm pretty sure cost more than the pods I was returning.
This is what actual customer service looks like. It's a shame that it's a rarity in the rest of the world nowadays, but it's alive and well at this shop.
If you vape and you live in/travel through Irvington, don't buy your gear at a gas station. Spend it here and keep it in the community.”

“Love this shop. I’ve been in around seven times over the last five months. Everyone working there is SO NICE and welcoming. Other shops on 82nd make you feel like you’re a bother and aren’t engaging at all, don’t tend to know much about the product, and just want you out the door. This shop is laid out really nicely, too. I enjoy the rewards program (best I have found), the friendliness, the vast array of many types of products, cleanliness, and how easy it is to get to. Get your goods and head a couple doors over to yummy bowl!”
