“I blew a hose on a semi yesterday. I stopped in NAPA to see if they had one, unfortunately it was a special order that wouldn't be available until the next day. I didn't have the time to wait so I went onto plan b. I was willing to try anything to get the load delivered and the truck back home. Alex helped me figure out another way that would possibly work and even offered to call other businesses to see if they had parts and if so would send someone to pick them up. At the end of the day the fix worked and I made the delivery and got the truck home. I wish my local part stores we're as good and friendly as this NAPA was.”

“Friendly guys and helpful had to pick up a wrecked semi from them and they where even nice enough to use forklift to push the cab back mostly straight to help make it safer to haul”
