“Absolutely love it. It is tucked in out of the way from the loud roads. The maintenance staff is wonderful and do their absolute best to fix thing things I have needed done with it taking a long time. They definitely need more better reviews as it is new management and they are doing a great job.”

For those moving in,
Ensure you meet requirements before applying, maybe call the office before you apply. The apartments are close to the wilderness so expect critters you wouldn’t find in more urban areas. Wi-Fi and service is the biggest issue. The area (or at least mine) has zero service so try to get Wi-Fi ASAP. Also the power is kind of vulnerable to extreme weather (once/twice a year).
Again Maggie in leasing is awesome. Speak with her when possible.
EDIT: there is a pickup driver I believe who revs his engine and drives very fast through the neighborhood roads, been happening forever.”
“I am an international student who just moved out. I lived here 2 years. Property is close to camps, staff is friendly and maintenance was good. I recommend for international as very easy to get to school and the area has lot to offer.”

Any guest staying longer than a two week period is considered a tenant and need to ask for permission or apply to be added to the leas.

“We have lived here for 10 years now and the new management has been making great improvements over the last company that was here! We've had a couple issues that prior management neglected. However, the new manager has been on top of it and fixed the issues we've had.”
