“One of the best OUAC in Indianapolis. They always have nice clothing and shoes. Name brands with reasonable prices. They always buy and give more than any location I've ever dropped off things to, to sell. Great staff, this is my absolute fave OUAC location!!”
“Whitestown location.Nice product, great staff.My question is, why do prices keep going up?They have taken all incentive discounts away and replaced them with "coupons" that are no value like what there was prior.At some point people will stop coming as prices for used products are becoming unreasonable.”
“I really like to shop at this Goodwill location. I get great deals on everything from clothing to furniture. The employees are friendly and fast. They seem to have a real team spirit. The store is clean and organized so I can find my way around fast. I love shopping at this place, I score all the time!”
“One of my favorite goodwill’s in the area, generally fair pricing. However a few weeks ago when we visited who I believe is the manager was on a smoke break when we pulled up (I believe they were the proper feet from the entrance but still very in front of customers) and when we left 45 mins later they were in another smoke break already! Ridiculous!”
“This is a great place to go for furniture! They have all types of different styles of furniture, couches, love, seats, household furniture as well. I also have a large variety of different products and items that are at a very, very good price! I highly recommend coming in and checking this place out. It is one of my favorite go to places! Before you go to the furniture store, stop by here!”
“I have been to this Goodwill store more than a dozen times. Pros: tons and tons of great 2nd hand products to choose from. I've never seen a Goodwill with as many shoes as this one has. Cons: there isn't a fitting room! If you are looking for 2nd hand furniture, this may not be your best bet. Only have a small selection. I have bought many very nice items from thus Goodwill, many things still brand new! Store is always clean, and employees are super friendly”
“Shallow bins filled with very miscellaneous thrift/resale items. Except for a few large specially priced, everything is weighed in a scale at checkout (in the cart if you are using one). Price as of 04Sep2023 was $1.79 per pound.Employees were all great, some other shoppers were a bit aggressive. Definitely reccomend wearing sturdy work gloves. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with soap which was great for washing hands after shopping.”
“Came here to purchase a ceiling fan or two, nice selection however the fans were a bit on the pricier side. They had some priced around 50 when I've seen them at 18.99 at the Lafayette location. Other than that, staff was really friendly and everything was very organized”

“i usually go to goodwill after a bad day to cheer me up, and anytime karson is the cashier he races to check me out, he is always energetic and fun to talk to, everytime i see him he had a different joke or a different story to tell me, he always takes time out of his day to make mine better, there are not many people like that left, i look forward to seeing him every time i shop there. amazing employee.”
