“I have been impressed by the care of every member of Prime Car Wash since I joined. But today I want to give a special shoutout to David. I had a mysterious glop of glue adhered to the center of a leather seat, and nothing I tried at home helped. David told me that he could take care of the situation, and before I knew it, my leather seats were immaculately cleaned, oiled, and restored to perfection. What I thought was a huge issue literally disappeared without a trace. In my times before and since, I have also witnessed David take care of team members and clients alike with his kind smile and a go-getter attitude. He is an asset to Prime Car Wash. Thank you!!!”

“I had an incredible experience with Daring's Detail and just have to share it. After a little mishap at a Starbucks drive-thru, where a strawberry refresher spilled into my brand new M340i, I was pretty stressed out. The drink went everywhere on the driver’s seat, under the seat, into the floor mat, along the door controls, and even into the narrow felt area near the window. I did some preliminary cleaning but was still anxious about long-term damage or staining.
I called Daring's Detail on a Saturday even though they were closed and to my surprise, they responded quickly and scheduled me in for Tuesday. I asked if there was any chance I could be squeezed in earlier, and they kindly said they'd let me know. Monday morning, they called me with an opening and told me to come in, which I really appreciated.
When I arrived, they took their time inspecting all the areas that had been impacted. They used steam and extraction tools to meticulously clean every nook and cranny. They didn’t rush the process at all. They went under the seat, around the controls, into tight seams basically anywhere the drink might have gone. When they were done, my car looked and smelled brand new again. There wasn’t even a trace of the spill left.
The level of service and professionalism was top-notch. And to top it all off, they refused to charge me, even when I insisted. That kind of integrity and care is rare to find. I can’t recommend Daring's Detail enough they absolutely saved the day for me and my car.”

“Excellent hand carwash on the northside of Keystone! I do van life and have a roofbox attached to my car, and the team at Marvelous Touch took wonderful care of her. I just pulled up and they took my car in after a short wait. Everyone there is really kind, friendly, and fun to talk to. As for the location itself, the surroundings could use a little love, but it is safe here. There’s lots of small, family-owned local businesses and neighborhoods in this area. What really impressed me was how he went above and beyond. He added extra protection in high-impact areas that weren’t even part of the original quote, just to make sure the job was done right. That kind of care is rare these days.
Since the install, I’ve taken two long road trips to Florida and back, and the PPF still looks flawless — no chips, no issues. The film is practically invisible and perfectly installed.

“I was referred here by a co-worker and told this was an honest establishment. This couldn’t be more true! By far the best auto experience I’ve ever had. I went in for an issue with my battery, they got me in that day and fixed my battery in the most cost efficient way possible. John was honest with me and told me I could use new battery cables but it was totally fixable by using caps and this would cost me less. He fixed that and changed my oil and I was in and out in less than an hour! I totally felt like I could trust them and it seemed they had my best interest in mind. “Our car was rear ended. It didn't look like a lot of damage but after Tom Wood looked at it, there was a lot of underneath damage not easily seen. Although it took about a month to get our car back it was worth it as it looks like new Tom Wood had some miscommunication with Hertz and the insurance company. Seems the insurance company did not like the fact that we needed a rental car for a week while Tom Wood ordered parts The 3 parties, Insurance, Car Rental and Tom Wood would not accept responsibility for the week car rental charge and $200+ defaulted to us. Discouraging but none the less the car was well repaired.”
