“Juan is amazing! Usually my Jeep Wrangler doesn’t get that clean going through a car wash and Juan took the extra time to clean off the bugs on my car and make sure my wheels were clean. I have never, in all of the years of going to crew car wash encountered an employee that took the extra effort and time like that. I work a busy schedule and haven’t had the time to clean my car like I usually do so I decided to just go get a car wash and I am glad I did! I will definitely be back! Juan needs a raise!”

“I appreciate the offer of a free carwash on Veteran's Day, but the attendant would not let me have a basic, only an Ultimate wash. Your chemicals ruin my ceramic coating so I only get a basic wash. Maybe next year you can bend a little for an old Veteran like me. I left in my dirty car.... again, in teply to the businees's comment, the aatendant DID NOT allow me to get a basic. Maybe better trainjng? again, thank you for making the offer, its my fault I don't use your chemicals. I still use Crew's businesses.”

“Outstanding service at a reasonable price! My car had a mold/mildew odor that would not go away using products designed to get rid of it. Two other shops gave me high cost estimates but little hope of getting rid of the odor. Hector came to my house, checked out my car and fully explained the process he would use to get the odor out. His price was very reasonable. When he returned my car to my house (extraordinary that he picks up and delivers your car!) the odor was gone! My car looked and smelled like a new car!! I am so happy with my result and I highly recommend this shop for all of your detailing needs!”

“Probably best automatic car wash in the area and I've been using Crew Carwash for many years. What I don't like and some things to watch out for:1. The wash needs to start with water jets removing and loosening any stuck-on dirt from the vehicle. I think in the past that's how it used to work, but now it starts with soap and then brushes, so if you have any dirt on your vehicle or the vehicles before you, the brushes will work a bit like sandpaper over your clear coat. I wish they did the power jets first.2. They try to optimize space/speed and cram the cars too closely. I usually wait for the car in front of me to be taken a bit farther away, ignoring the signaling of the attendants who are eager to load my car in as fast as possible. One time the guy in front of me on the conveyor decided to use his brake for whatever reason, which caused his car to derail. Conveyor did not automatically shut off and kept dragging me towards the derailed car while I was honking to get attendants attention and have them manually stop the conveyor. I had to use my bakes to avoid collision, and because I allowed enough distance I was successful at this. Now, the guy behind me, who did not keep the distance, ended up being dragged by the conveyor into my car. So my advice is to keep a little more distance between the cars.3. Be careful with monthly subscription. If you are like me, too busy to watch these type of things you may end up paying upward from $30 if not $40 per basic wash, because the monthly subscription goes from 19 to 29 dollars after 3 or 4 months and if you don't wash your car that frequently that's what it may end up costing you (I cancelled after about 14 months and washed the car 10 times max). I try to protect the clear coat on my X7 and take it to car wash as infrequently as possible.”

“Did a nice job on my son’s car…which needed a full service cleaning inside and out. Outside looked great. Inside was tremendously improved - only quibble would be that the windows were still a bit smudged/streaky. Service personnel were friendly and efficient. Nice waiting area. Would definitely go again.”
