He came out to let me know I needed a new air filter, which I know is common in my Subaru and glad he spoke to me about it first. I felt very confident and assured in my service today and will definitely return. I will request the same technician as well.”

Our out-of-town daughter required a tow and repair; trusted local friends recommended this shop and we are so grateful! Our situation was vulnerable being in Georgia, but Mears staff (several different ones) politely walked us through the process and the price ended being less than quoted. We literally dumped her car on them late Monday (no appointment) and had it repaired relatively quickly and professionally. No drama, fuss, up-charge, unnecessary repairs, or allusive phone calls.

“This is my second time using Midwest auto sports. I never thought they could impress me twice in a row but they really did! On my BMW F10 my rear left door stopped opening and despite trying so many things on my own and being told the door would have to be cut open by a certified BMW dealership. Jordan and his team told me without hesitation “We will get it open” and they really did! In less than a day of dropping it off they messaged me a picture of it open and it was only 300 dollars where everyone online said it would cost at least 1300-3000$!!!! They are so amazing among so many other things they make me feel so cared for this is the best shop in all of the Midwest! Their name is Midwest auto sports for a reason! If you care about your car only bring it here!!!!!”

“I left my house with my son to get to our volunteer shift at the humane society only to find that I had a screw in my tire and it was flat. I drove it over to Best One Indy and they immediately helped me. Not only that, the man at the desk stopped what he was doing and helped me pull my car up to the bay and took care of my tire immediately. Throughout the process, my son was watching and he was explaining to my son what he was doing, what the tools were and how they were used to help fix the tire. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and we made it to our volunteer shift. THANK YOU, Best One Indy for taking such amazing care of us!!!”
