I was also on the hunt for giftable picture frames and was a little disappointed by the selection but oh well. “I went in here a couple weeks ago, and then again about a week later to buy a few more things. I was surprised when the guy who checked me out the second time remembered me and the group I was with from the first time, especially considering that I had only been here those two times and the first time I was there was on a Saturday afternoon when they were really packed and busy. He had amazing customer service and checked in on me multiple times to see if I had any questions. I believe his name was Jake. Wanted to shout him out for being so intentional and good at his job!”
“Their store seems to be one of the most popular in the mall, and they have good neutrals for all ages. They also have lots of trendier items aimed towards high school/college students, but I can usually find at least one or two things I'm intrigued by. The staff is great and they have a pretty good rewards / coupon system. My husband loves the jeans here, as they are one of the only stores around that seem to fit him correctly. Thanks, AE!”
