She was super knowledgeable about different trends and fabric - almost like a stylist which was a benefit these days to see that type of help.

“So I hope this finds the lady who helped me today.. please let me know if it does!! I went into the store about two weeks ago looking for the pants I had on, the only pants I like to wear. A lady helped me and she was so nice and kind but they didn't have my size, so this lady ordered them online for me. The pants came in the mail, and both pants were the wrong size. One was the wrong style. (Which I didn't notice at all)I don't know who's at fault, the lady at the store for ordering wrong or when they packaged them. I took the pants back today to the store to return. I had my account where it shows I just ordered pants, I had my receipt that showed I ordered pants, and i had the bag they were mailed in. But I had taken tags off ONE pair and have zero idea where that tag is. So, at this point, they say they can't return. After this young lady had to deal with me, deal with customer service calls, she still stayed so calm and sweet. She ended up getting someone else, and they gave her authorization to just do a return. But.... after all this, she went above and beyond and didn't do a return she went and found two pairs of pants for me, and I was able to just exchange them. :) This is the only place our family buys jeans, so I'm so happy she was able to help us and keep us loyal customers. Thank you, whoever you were, and I hope I wasn't too bratty. Only thing I would suggest is to the first lady. Please check the computer to see if pants are already in store before having me order them. I found out this was a thing tonight. If she had just looked, maybe just maybe this whole thing could have been avoided.”
“Ample parking, but the lot itself is atrocious. There needs to be a lot of repaving done. The salespeople are very nice and always willing to helo, dressing rooms are very roomy, and selections are good and always changing. The variety is exceptional for every season.”

I had been looking for a particular hoodie and my search lead me to their online store. The hoodie was sold as part of a set that included the matching sweatpants and the price for the bundle was such a deal that I called the store to make sure, as the price listed would have been reasonable for just the hoodie alone.
The person I spoke with was very polite, professional and took their time with me. They checked the online store, then went through the items they had in store and ensured that they had exactly what I wanted. They even said that they would hold the items at the register and if I placed the order online before 12PM, that they could send it out that same day. I was very happy with all of this so I placed the order as soon as I hung up.
Sure enough, minutes later, I received an email that the shipment was on the way.
The items were exactly what I wanted and in perfect condition. Thank you so much for a great experience and ending a year long search!”

“Great find.... My husband and I walked into the shop today because there was something in the window that caught our eye for our teenage daughter. We were greeted by Celeste, I apologize if that is not the spelling of your name as I forgot to ask. We bought a few things in the store because we love the rather eclectic and diverse nature of items. It's so amazing to find such a creative shop in fountain square that is affordable. I worked directly with Jeremy and was highly impressed by his knowledge on each individual product. He wasn’t pressuring to make a sale, and was excited to share his experience and studies on each product. He mentioned that some of his favorite customers are high school students who are just excited to look at the products. He is absolute wonderful at his job- as are his colleagues.”
