Friendly staff - I like shopping dvds and books mostly and don't always find exactly what I am looking for, but sometimes find something I wasn't looking for that I go ahead and pick up.

Found a couple good books. Found some clothes. Toys and games were picked over. Taking a point away because Carmel is so hard to get around in and I hate driving there.
