I thought it had gotten high priced, and they did away with the color of the day in August (big mistake). I always donate to GW, but I won't anymore.

I give 2 stars because sometimes you'll find a rare, good deal priced by someone who didn't know the value of the item sold, but mostly employees are pricing items ludicrously high, and sometimes even higher than retail. Ever since Goodwill started snatching anything of value from their brick and mortar stores to sell online at retail or comparative prices on eBay and auction sites, the possibility of finding anything worth a dime has shrunk to nearly nothing. This particular store is filthy and run down as well. You can tell that goodwill has made a pivot towards profits over people in the last few years, and as someone who relied on goodwill growing up for most of my needs, it's very sad and disheartening to see.

The goodwill store owner is racist and discriminatory and does not care if they are children, specials needs or not. She has no black employees because she fired them all in less than a month. Please reconsider supporting this store.

The store is over priced and the manager has no Grace and is rude especially to workers and special needs.

I usually love this location, but the music was far too loud. I have sensory processing issues, and it was too loud even with my headphones on :(

Excellent finds and great staff. They had multiple check out lines available with staffing throughout the store.

This Goodwill Store does a good job of keeping things very neat and tidy. Everything has a place and for the most part are all in their places. I've been able to find several really nice items, such as a record player for $5.99, several glass storage containers for my pantry at around $1.99 each, handbags at discounted prices, cookbooks, sporting goods, etc. The donations made by members of the community provide this location with an excellent selection of goods. One day, while shopping, another customer was asking about the record player that I'd found. She began telling me how she's purchased an entire wardrobe of office attire in this store. She went on to compare it to the stores in Chicago, which is where she is from. She and her husband were expecting a child and likely shopping for maternity clothes or things for their new bundle of joy!More recently, I have noticed that the pricing has become a bit outrageous for some of the items. I saw a set of vintage hammock chairs priced at $349 each. I asked a member of the staff why they were priced so high and was told that online they are going for somewhere around $700 each. I understand the store wanting to make money, but these items were donated and I don't feel that it is right for them to gouge the public for items they received for free. Items such as hand-weights are also grossly overpriced, in my opinion. I personally like this store, but I just have to be careful when it comes to the pricing. Some of the USED designed handbags are being priced higher than the same bags being sold BRAND NEW on the designer's website, so buyer beware. All of the employees that I've had interactions with have been friendly and courteous.

Seriously, who do they think they are? This is goodwill for god sake, and they have stuff priced higher than the stores. They have a patio set which is priced at $150, that is currently on clearance on Wayfair for $99. maybe they think because they’re in Westfield that there’s some high end resale store? It’s still the Goodwill people. I will never go back in that Goodwill. ???

I love thrifting, it used to be fun and exciting to see what deals I could find. Not anymore. Goodwill has raised their prices, everything used to be the same price based on what type of item, now they are pricing at their own discretion. They have done anyway with all color of the week deals and senior discounts. They have tried to say you still get deals for being a member of their rewards program, but the discounts are FAR and FEW between and NOTHING comparable to the color deals. You still can’t try anything on in store, almost 3 years after COVID started…. Not only are the fitting rooms closed, but I can’t return items that don’t fit me for my money back, only store credit.Shopping at goodwill is no longer fun, I have repeatedly put items back because the price is literally outrageous for a used item. From here on out I will be giving my money to small thrift stores, and no longer shopping at goodwill retail locations in Indiana.
