If there’s a worse Hertz branch on the planet, I haven’t seen it. Canceled my reservation and never notified me, so I was stranded here with no vehicle. No offer to help in any way and refused to get me an uber home.

I've rented vehicles from this location twice in the last two months (July and Sept 2026). Michael was the agent. The process was seamless, it literally took less than 8 minutes from the time I approached the counter to the time I started driving away.
