“I normally don't write reviews, but definitely a positive one here. Katie worked with my situation, another location dropped the ball (as with any large franchise) on a large passenger van rental. Not only did they work really hard to help me, at first they were not able to help but gave me useful info, but then I got a call about an hour later that they had a vehicle available. They did the legwork, I was about to have to go all the way to Fort Wayne for an alternative rental. They are awesome, stick with this branch. They work really hard for their customers!!!!”
