“The first time there and I had lots of cleaning for them. Never been impressed by any dry cleaners since I lived in this area. I picked up my blankets yesterday and I could not believe how professionally packed they were. Each one looked brand new. The staff is so kind. I met two people that work there and they just were so helpful and nice to me. I would recommend their work to anyone. It was not cheap but for the level of work done that they provided, it was more than reasonable. I can not believe I said that! They are quite a drive from my home but that will not stop me from returning. 5 stars OH, YES !”

“This location has many size options for the washer and dryer, baskets on wheels, 2 vending machines (one for snacks and the other for laundry essentials), machines to load money onto your wash swipe cards and a plethora of folding clothes tables. I'd recommend sitting in your car or running errands as seating can be scarce when it's busy.”
“Had a last minute, rush job for my daughter's graduation! They accommodated my need, were very friendly, professional and efficient. And to top it off the cost was $20 cheaper than qouted price. I haven't been to a dry cleaners in well over 20 years! This was a positive experience. So much so I'll be looking for items to dry clean!? Highly recommend”
“The new employee Michelle was very kind and helpful. I had an issue using the app/QR code and she was very patient with me as I tried to find a solution. Overall the location is always clean, washers and dryers are new and work well, it's crowded most days, bit you jist have to find a good time.
4 stars due to the QR code app issues that are pretty consistent across locations.”

“Been using jump for a couple months now for their pickup/drop off wash and fold service and haven’t been disappointed yet. Ran into a hiccup with our clothes not picked up on time
and then forgetting to wash them but the delivery guy called us. Let us know asap and still got our clothes delivered the day we requested. Our clothes always smell fresh and clean! I’m pregnant and am very busy so I’m being grateful for their service and coming all the way down to the Fountain Square area!”
“The CLEANEST laundromat I've ever been to. Absolutely spotless! The whole place smells clean and fresh, the attendant on duty spent the whole time cleaning and chatting with customers when they had a question, and you can tell that the owners actually care about providing a clean space for their customers. Download the Speed Queen app before you go (location code is CONNER) to make getting started faster if you want to pay by card. The app tells you how much longer until your machine is done, and will text you when there's about 3 minutes left. (Machines still take quarters also, if you prefer to keep it low-tech.) Regular top loaders start at $3.25, dryers are 5 minutes for 25-cents-- 5 pairs of men's jeans took 30 minutes on high heat, queen size bedsheets & pillowcases took 15, 6 thick towels took 25, just for reference. Is it more expensive than doing laundry at home? Of course. But sometimes it's worth it to get 7 loads of laundry done in just over an hour. This is a great backup if your washer breaks or you come back from vacation with piles of dirty laundry, or you just don't have a washer/dryer at home.”

“We first went and they just dry cleaned my pants and I got them back a few days later looking great! My friend had a coat he needed tailored to be a lot smaller and they were able to do that within two days. When we went back and needed it a bit smaller they brought it in some more and it was ready the next day along with my shirt that lost a button. Awesome service each time, good prices and great experience over all!”
