“Milto does excellent work. Things are always done on time and look great. The cost of dry cleaning has gotten a little crazy (like most things). Pants costing $10 and $4 per shirt, with tax makes it $15 a day to wear clothes you’ve already paid for. Dry cleaning seems to have become a luxury of the wealthy or a corporate benefit. However, Milto is without a doubt, the best service in the area.”

“The new employee Michelle was very kind and helpful. I had an issue using the app/QR code and she was very patient with me as I tried to find a solution. Overall the location is always clean, washers and dryers are new and work well, it's crowded most days, bit you jist have to find a good time.
4 stars due to the QR code app issues that are pretty consistent across locations.”

“Been using jump for a couple months now for their pickup/drop off wash and fold service and haven’t been disappointed yet. Ran into a hiccup with our clothes not picked up on time
and then forgetting to wash them but the delivery guy called us. Let us know asap and still got our clothes delivered the day we requested. Our clothes always smell fresh and clean! I’m pregnant and am very busy so I’m being grateful for their service and coming all the way down to the Fountain Square area!”

“Always a clean place, employee's there are always helpful. Depending on the time of day it cN be packed or pretty empty.
Tables to sit at, and TV up head. Close to Krogers for your Sheets and liquids, and even a McDonald's near by to eat while you wait.”

Their effort made all the difference, and I want to recognize them for their kindness. The location is also immaculate and well-maintained.”

“I had previously gone to zips for dry cleaning and felt like my items were not cared for and I actually wasn’t entirely sure they had been cleaned so I switched to perfect touch and I’m thrilled with the service and quality. My comforter looks great and smells clean. The service was friendly and fast. Worth the extra cost for sure.”
“I take my mother in law there once a week. We always find what we need in stock. Sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot or a cart but we eventually park and get our carts outside if we have to.”
“Washer crapped out on me 350 for the part plus 150 for installation on a 5-year-old washer forget it. So as of right now I have no washing machine check this place out dreading to go there. Clean, double load washers plenty of room to wash and fold. Change machine on site, supplies sold there partially staffed threw clothes in the washing machine came back an hour and a half later place was empty. If you got to go to the laundromat you can do a lot worse than this place. Two thumbs up.”

“The parking lot needs some work and the building sign is missing. Inside, it’s extremely clean and the machines are new with modern technology. The discrepancy, there are NO instructions on how to operate the machine. Make sure to open by pushing the handle down and placing your laundry inside before you pay and make the transition. After calling the helpline, they help me with the issue. Therefore they earn the star rating. A suggestion is to have a sign on how to operate the machine and buy a sign to your business. Overall, good job.”
