They took exceptional care in wrapping all my furniture and belongings, treating everything with the utmost respect. Their friendly demeanor and efficient work made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Not only did they protect my furnishings, but they also showed great consideration for the property itself. I couldn’t have asked for better movers.
The unload process at the new home was performed by Bill & Huey and once again I was very pleased with their effort and care. One issue occurred with a drawer, but overall my furnishings and belongings were delivered and moved in with care and expertise.

“This is my second time using Store It Indy and I still like them. The price is cheap $30 a month for a 5x5. I love that it's climate controlled and it's always clean. They had dolly's for customers to use also. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they really need to get an elevator or a ramp for the second floors. It's a pain carrying heavy boxes up a flight of stairs. Other than that good place, and the woman there was very friendly and helpful.”
“My mother was moving from Indiana to Texas and we made the choice to go with Allied because they had someone locally who could come by in person and give us an estimate. Trycia came thru and and gave my mom an estimate of what she would be taking with her, and she was always available to take any questions we had. And Misty, who was also available and helpful, coordinated the move, which turned out to be extremely smooth and stress free. They packed up mom's stuff with care and delivered it, along with her vehicle within a few days, and in good condition. I don't imagine it could have gone any better. Thanks for making our move as easy as possible. You're the best!”

“Called Burrell’s today after 4:00 to have a piano moved inside our home whenever they could do the job. Not only did they answer the phone, but they came over by 5:00 today after their last job. Nice guys and they carefully moved our piano. I highly recommend this company! Oh, and they are based in Fishers.”
“Great people. I keep a classic car in one of their climate controlled warehouses. They are flexible, fair and will help you push your car out of the warehouse when it won’t start! They are in the process of installing lifts in the warehouse to better accommodate and stack for winter car storage. If you have car that you value, give them a call.”
“North American Van Lines moved me from Indianapolis to Savannah, GA. Experience start to finish. The lead manager of my actual move was Matt, who really was exceptional. He had a great team of guys on both ends of my move. They were careful, efficient and friendly. All of my things were moved into storage in Georgia while my home is being finished. Obviously, I haven’t opened boxes and checked for any damage, but I did watch how they handled my things. They seemed to be very careful. Hoping that I don’t have to make another move anytime soon. If I do, I would absolutely call North American Van Lines again.”

Matthew gave me a courtesy call letting me know that they would be arriving around 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled time, and when he arrived early he got straight to work. “The salesperson, move coordinator, and the driver were all accessible and reachable. Using them was such a better experience than another we used for a long distance move. I also liked that they minimized using shrink wrap and paper (none) and used mats and blankets to protect our items. Much more environmentally sound!”
