no one answers the phone...menue to actually get to a live person is ridiculously complex and long and wait times are 30 to 40 minutes to finally reach someone..I hung up!!

Very unprofessional customer service by the staff of this specific location. Can't find referrals. Just don't want to see all patients and turn them down to reschedule finding lame excuses. Last time this location made me wait 45 minutes to find out I need to wait additional 15 minutes since i had water for my h pylori test it wasn't clear I can't, instruction were only no food for 1 hour. So I said I can wait another 15 minutes and was turned out since their kiosk would kick me out . Prior they made my husband to come for second time bc could not see referral from 2 offices referral was sent indeed!

Whatever you do, do NOT request a text for your appoint and walk out of the waiting room. The text system "fails" and they remove your appointment off the schedule.
Absolutely worst experience.

Please pay attention, this place delayed time badly! It is 8.36 am now, but the people that have app. at 8,00, 8,10, 20, 30 didn't serve yet.
It's a strange situation especially people in a hurry to go for a work in the morning.
Nice lady kindly apologized for the delay and said that only 1 member of staff appeared in the morning, second just showed up, others in the traffic. Maybe they need to hire more people or organize it more structured.

I truly cannot express how wonderful both of my experiences here have been. The phlebotomists are amazing. They have a great staff. I’m a fainter, and they have enough knowledge and experience to know EXACTLY how to handle it and keep me conscious. Both times, I was treated with so much care and kindness, and the staff members went above and beyond for me. They’re a blessing. The wait time isn’t bad if you schedule an appointment ahead of time, and just keep in mind that some people (like me) require an extra 5 minutes or so! I’m so glad I chose this location.

Zipporah was amazing! She drew my blood. I have a history of fainting and she took all the precautions to make me feel comfortable. She was such a joy to be around and I could tell she loves what she does! Thank you to Z for being such a blessing to me and I’m sure to so many other patients!

Kat your employee at the Indianapolis 11911 N. Meridian office was top notch, very efficient, professional, kind and caring, not to mention an excellent phlebotomist. You can pass this feedback along to her please. Also, check in was smooth and appointment was on time.
