They charged me the full price ( $113) for being 5 minutes late... I would be ok getting hit with a penalty of $25 or so for continued business but as of today I am not coming back !!

This location's groomers are so wonderful. I have a 14 year old grandma english bulldog and they are just so gentle and loving towards her. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
