“We started using this vet last year after a negative experience elsewhere. The office staff is friendly and professional and the care they provide is exactly what you need meaning they won't try and sell you products or services that aren't necessary. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you.”

“My cats and I love Dr. Cable! I have seen her at the Carmel and Fishers locations. She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. She carries a basket full of treats and toys to entertain the animals. I'm moving cross country so I asked for advice on transporting the cats and she printed out several articles on acclimating them to their carriers and the car, what to do about food and litter box, and helping them adjust to their new home. I had gone to Parkside Animal Hospital before and had a negative experience- asked a male vet there the same question and he just abruptly said he doesn't approve of medicating pets on drives- which I never even asked about. He made me feel like a pill seeker, which I have a lot of experience with, being a pharmacist and I wouldn't treat my patients like that. I asked that vet about litter, making them at ease, etc and he didn't have any advice. So I really appreciate Dr. Cable's extra effort (I didn't even mention the other vet because this was my other cat and I wanted as much advice as possible). When I called Carmel Veterinary Clinic now closer to my move, I actually asked about medicating my older cat because she had escaped twice in the past three weeks while my parents had my two cats as we set up our move out of state. I was fine with Benadryl or whatever recommended but wanted her advice and safe dosing. Dr. Cable called me back personally and we talked and I brought both cats in for weight check for dosing and also to go over last minute concerns. Great service! The office staff at both Carmel and Fishers are very friendly and helpful too. I love that the vets rotate offices so you can find your regular/favorite vet wherever is most convenient at variety of times- morning and even evening hours.”

“The entire team at Hazel Dell Animal Hospital was amazing! We have a special pupper that had a tough start to life and has anxiety beyond measure when going to our previous vet. We had a special situation with Miss Mia so needed a Veterinary Surgeon Specialist beyond what our regular Vet could offer. Our experience with our previous Vet was always filled with stress for both my husband and I and our Mia as she would have to be restrained and sedated for simple exams etc. From the moment we met with the staff at Hazel Dell Animal Hospital our fears and stress ( even Mia's) simply went away! “We were newer patients, barely a year, when it was time to say goodbye to our 14 year old dog. The whole staff was always wonderful. The last two weeks as we struggled to figure out if it was the correct time to say goodbye, Dr. Dan treated us with such compassion, patience and understanding. He answered a multitude of emails, he came out to the front when we took her in for a weight check, and he even came in on his day off to put her to sleep. “I can't give enough of a praise for "Sherlock Bone Animal.Hospital." A friend of mine recommended them to me. I called and I told them I needed help with my dachshund male. I got an appointment that day. I was told, what was needed; and given antibiotics and pain pills for Bullet proof.I found the bill unbelievable for first time visit. So friendly office.I was given a price to do the teeth. And it was less than all my other quotes.I went to my veterinarian for over ten years and never received a bill as lower, than this first time visit. To make a long story short. I couldn't be happier.I was told to bring Bullet proof in between 7- 8, and drop him off. Ive been taking my dog and cat there since they were young and the Staff (Beth and Staff at the front counter) are always helpful and get me in quick if one of our animals is sick. Dr Carter explains thoroughly what to do and help my pets health, especially the glucosomine gummies.
