Debra did a fantastic job working with Reggie while we were away and Reggie seemed to really enjoy staying there and playing with the other dogs. I’m very impressed with Debra’s care and professionalism when working with Reggie.”

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Greg and the staff here. He’s always super friendly and takes the time to explain everything to us thoroughly. Our dog means so much to us that we struggle to trust anyone with him, but I’ve never had trouble trusting them. He’s been seen for anything from annual checkups and ear infections, to growths that had to get surgically removed. He always personally calls us back with test results or updates and answers any questions we might have. Additionally, pricing is very fair and there’s always transparency about how much things are going to cost beforehand. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our beloved Bo ❤️”

“Our puppy had a very urgent situation arise where he had eaten something toxic. MedVet got him in right away, provided early feedback with costs estimated in advance. He was observed and treated over 3 hrs. The vet met with me mid way with options and luckily he improved after treatment. He was able to return home that evening. The vet tech care during was empathetic, caring and prompt. We're so grateful.”

“Being from New Jersey, we found ourselves far from home and, our beloved veterinarian, when our 7 year old Golden Retriever became ill. It was a Sunday afternoon when Charlie developed a sudden illness. Luckily we called our daughter's veterinarian, Cottage Animal Clinic of Carmel, and they suggested MedVet. When we arrived at 5:30 the place was packed. We read previous reviews and braced for the worst. We expected that it would be expensive and we expected that the wait would be long. Neither of those expectations were disappointing. We were there for 5 hours and it was expensive but they solved Charlie's problem and he's been on the mend since. They've also been pretty responsive with follow up questions and have been in sync with our veterinarian. I can't give them a 5 star because they don't deliver services that support their pricing but ... if the decided to dedicate themselves to great customer service, people wouldn't mind paying the prices they charge. Also, pray for those families and pets that need their services. Ciao.”
