The Bike Line is a great place with a huge heart, focused on helping people. Customers highly recommend it for both sales and service. The staff are friendly, respectful, and transparent, providing cost breakdowns in advance. They solve problems within their given timeline, sometimes quicker. The shop offers excellent service for repairs and also for purchases like bikes and racks, where they provide full setup and instruction. During the pandemic, they operate curbside from their service entrance. Service turn-around is typically 7 to 10 days on a first-come, first-served basis. Many customers report being completely satisfied and thank the shop for going above and beyond.

After taking a carbon wheel in to two different shops in the Indy metro area for a hub overhaul (first recommended I throw away the wheel and second said nothing was wrong with it - Bikeline came through and did an overhaul in two days. From now on, I won’t go anywhere else!
