“After a long weekend of frustrations with other bike shops, I was directed to Matthews Bicycles. On February 6th, 2024 I called asked if they provided long term demo bikes. They do not. However, unlike other places I talked to, the gentleman at Matthews explained why they do not, why other places might not, and made real recommendations. While I did not get to use their services, as its something they don't provide, their attitude was night and day different from other local bike shops.”
