“Walked in looking for a fat tire e-bike left with an Aventon Abound and could not be happier. Day one my 5 year old and I put 21 miles on it. And we have ridden it at least 5 miles if not 3 times that every day since. Staff was great they were a little short handed on a Monday when I was there but one of the mechanics helped me out. Being a mechanic myself he was the right salesman for me.”

“My wife and I are grateful to BGI Fitness for providing excellent service recently in relation to a stationary cycle malfunction. (We had purchased the five-year-old cycle from an online vendor - not BGI Fitness; we sought BGI's assistance, remembering our previous good experience, when they resolved a treadmill walking belt/deck problem for us.) I submitted an assistance request/inquiry by means of the form in the Fitness Equipment Services section of the BGI website. Preston responded promptly by phone, helping me to understand the likely cause of the cycle problem, advising me how I could save money obtaining the part that needed to be replaced, and scheduling an appointment for a home visit by a technician. On the appointment day, Phil called me to confirm his expected arrival time and, upon arriving, worked skillfully and efficiently. He was personable and kind, explaining to my wife and me what he had done and even taking time to resolve an unrelated problem that he had noticed while replacing the part that had malfunctioned. We were delighted, and we recommend BGI's Fitness Equipment Services to others enthusiastically.”

“I called this shop a few weeks back while I was looking for an entry level gravel bike. I am completely new to cycling and was firm on keeping under a certain amount. The person that I talked to told me they didn’t have a bike that met the criteria of bike I was looking for, however they recommended multiple bikes that they don’t carry, and gave me a lot of useful information that helped me in my search despite them not getting a sale out of it. I ended up buying a bike online, and I had it assembled at this shop. The cost was fair, and this service was completed in a timely manner, and the pickup was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend this shop for help with making an informed decision on a bike purchase and for quality service.”

When I called FreeWheelin Community bikes they had a used one so we picked it up on our way through Indiana. The two men working there were very nice. They showed us how to use it and collapse it and even put air in the tires for us. ❤”

“Causal biker here, needed some new tires after 4 years of rough college use. Love my 1991 trek 1100. Walked in with the bike, Charlie took great care of me from start to finish. Didn’t try to upsell, or talk over my head. Kept causal conversation and explained everything he was doing. For a place that attracts some serious riders, I never felt out of place. Kudos to Charlie and the team!”
