My daughter’s phone stopped working, so I went to the store at 7:58 p.m., unaware it was closing in just two minutes. I offered to return the next day, but the staff waved off my concern, saying, “No worries, we’ve got you.” Ten minutes later, I left with a fixed phone, my daughter’s hero status still firmly intact.
